A decree of January 9th, 2025 brings in new rules for filtering in France. Failure to adhere to them can result in a fine of €135 (plus points on licence if you had a French one). |

when i rode around Paris on the motorway last year they certainly werent sticking to speed limits, some crazy riding at speed in packed traffic

Thanks Brian, very useful. Think we could do with some similar sensible rules around maximum speed of traffic when filtering is permitted. I cringe when I see idiots 'filtering' between traffic travelling at 60/70 mph over here
