Found these on e-bay.

Not tried them but they look like they should work.

Original parts are hard to find in my experience.

Le Mans 1, Spada, Cali 1, T3 Mongrel, Le Mans V, Quota x 2, Stelvio TT

Those are the larger 5W capless bulb holder, not the 2W idiot light type.

Not to replace the idiot lights, the description says they are 12mm diameter and 30mm long.
What I did was find coloured 12v LEDs and push them into the lens part, just had to solder the connections.

This is where I was going, and an ideal solution, as they will “never” fail.  

Don't forget, you may have to turn them round if the polarity is wrong.

Do you still have to do that with LEDs? I thought they were dual polarity now. Not saying I understand anything electrical, because I don't.

Yes.  Assume they are unipolar, because diodes normally are.
