Has to be, for me, taking the old fuse box apart and cleaning all the contacts.

Watching my clever mate diagnosing and replacing the U/S voltage regulator on me Cali in about a nano second after I had spent 2 weeks trying to find the fault! Happy days (OK, bit longer than a nano second, but you get the idea)

Most useful was getting nail out of rear tyre - nail in tyre is major disincentive to Guzzi riding.

Most exciting was filling with petrol in Goslar because it meant me & Guzzi had reached the Harz mountains, Germany. Rides down to the pub are such a waste of a fine motorcycle.

Trimmed half an inch off the width of the gear and brake pedals on my Cali Stone. Shifting and braking now smoother with narrower setup me thinks.
