The bench is a Clarke, like this;https://www.machinemart.co.uk/p/cml3-air-foot-pedal-operated-hydraulic/ the curtains are heavy & lined from ebay to help keep the heat in (the roller shutter behind them, whilst draft-free is like a cold radiator), the rugs various cast offs to keep the place comfortable.

+1 for voting for the hydraulic table lift as the best tool I've ever bought. I looked on ebay for a used one, but they all seemed to make around £250, so I bought a new one for £300 (in 2015). They seem to be around £370 now (see the link below). It's non branded but seems very well made. There's a choice of 2 sizes so I bought the larger one on the grounds that it would be more stable. The other issue with buying a used one is that they weigh around 140kgs so transporting is not easy. My thinking was that if I want to sell it I can get £250 back and it will have only cost me £50. It really makes working on a bike a pleasure.
Oh and the MHR's not mine - I just recommissioned it for a friend.

I know, people will go on about trivia like lifts when what we need to know is the exact colour of the curtains and how you went about matching them with the carpets.

I rather like the magnolia walls and that's a really swish door.

Curtains not matching the carpet? I thought that was a different issue. |

That door is the ironing cupboard, home of an essential motorcycle garage accessory.

Has there been any comical door opening during a game of darts incidents?
