Well I take pride in my ability to ingratiate myself with useful people.  In this way I'm lucky to count Dave P and Phil T (Saul Trader) as friends.  They've both given me lots of good help and advice.  I've also recently met up with Chris (Jerry Attric) and he's a splendid fellow.  Oh and I had a coffee with Paul (Ipaulog) about a year ago.  So beware in case I contact you next...

Yes, its Chris Smile  I was on the orange Griso at the time.

My issue (Asperger's) is mostly with anxiety.  I always fear I'm talking too much, saying the wrong things, offending people... even hours later I am cycling things I should / shouldn't / didn't say in my head.  Its pretty horrible sometimes.  I'm often too anxious to leave the house unless I'm going to work.

I appreciate the kind words, folks.  Hopefully I won't annoy you too much if / when we do meet!

Wouldn't worry so much about saying the wrong thing, we all do that at some time. The bishop won't be asking me around for tea again, and there's a well known mechanic who seems to have made a career out of it!LOL

Can't possibly imagine who that mechanic could be
I went along to a very well attended MGCGB meeting at a local pub, where I sought out cyclobutch, but felt a bit out of things in general - my problem, not their's, probably on the basis that I'm old enough to be a Grandad to most of 'em

I've also met Ado who was kind enough to offer to take me on a trip to France with him a couple of years ago. It didn't come off, but the thought was there, which I much appreciated.
I'm in Colchester, Essex, real name George and if I don't upset somebody or other, it's probably cos I'm not trying hard enough - but it's all done in the best possible taste, and with what I like to think is a bit of humour

Well me I even have Tee Shirts with Guzziriders logo on them and of course "Guzzibear" .....and as I do wear a leather cut off that too has Guzzibear on it, been known as that for many years ....by the way it is easy to get tee shirts made and as my bikes have vinyl decals with Guzziriders logo for inside a screen OR on the normal way to put on panniers etc they can be as small as you like or big enough for a cali screen look in Regalia folks

Can't say I'm a big fan of tee shirts or anything else with a brand name on it. If a company wants advertising they can pay for it. Besides which I've never been in love with any particular brand of bike to that extent or for long enough that I want my wardrobe to identify me with it. I think it's a pity if people think of you only as someone who rides a motorbike. But then each to their own.Smile

I speak via phone to Rbt on here probably most days although we have never met.

Red Leader One has been to my house for a cuppa and a chin wag a couple of times and is very enjoyable company.

It's several months since he was last here and I'm still recovering mentally.

Bob, have you seen the size of RLO's board.

It wouldn't go through our front door and God knows he tried hard enough.

I have met Ranton Rambler a few times, as we have swapped bits - Freecycle was our introduction.
