Amazing isn't Bob. Equally, until I joined the Guzzi fraternity I didn't realise there are so many Caf├ęs that needed to be Raced.

I'll get my coat & join you Outside.... Ouch

Seat heights worries me and also daughter getting married.

I'll tell them to pay for it themselves.

Seat height in the article is shown as 775mm, that is not very tall. I have only a 29" inside leg but am comfortable on a VStrom which is 835 mm. The only way to be really sure is to sit on one of course but a modest seat height is one of the features according to the blurb.

When I was in Italy this April & May I mentioned that of the motorbikes riding passed my local cafe, 60% were BMW GS.  It's perhaps less surprising then that Moto Guzzi are chasing a share of those buyers in their Home (& biggest?) market.

My underpants are grey.

Perhaps I should change them.

It was the seat height in the article that got my attention but I can't believe it will be that low.

Kinda depends whether or not they were grey underpants you bought, doesn't it?  Nothing much wrong with grey, a good choice of colour for underpants.  Other colours may be more worrying.

Red yellow and white is the best colour IMO. What is wrong with a bit of colour in your life? I have a yellow V Strom and I like custard!

The German article mentioned in the first post has incorrect specification, the figures they quote are actually for the v9. Hence the 55 HP.

So seat height may not be 775mm on the V85TT. And the weight may not be 200kgs.
Brian.

Better 5 minutes late in this world than years early in the next.

Get the price right and it's a winner.

The V9 is £9K.

Keep it under £10K and they are home and dry.

Will they be greedy?
