Does anyone know the size of this rivet so I can drill mine out please?

can't say i know lost my key never use it when I found out a good "yank" on the bars disabled the lock I will check in Guzziology tonight or possibly give the guys at Gutsibits a call they will know and possibly supply replacements

Thanks Ken.  I want to drill it out as I have removed the lock & cover for powder coating.  Gutsibits didn't know.  I plan to ask them to measure one for me but thought I would ask on the forum first in case anyone knew straight off

It's a dome headed rivet, so just file off the dome.
Or start with a 3mm drill and increase the size till it's all out.

Get the head off first, any slightly oversize drill will do that, then you'll find out what size the actual hole underneath is. Big smile
