Hi, sometimes after riding (V50II)I find a very small amount of oil on the same fin as the spark plug. I canโ€™t figure out where it would be coming from, that fin is above the head gasket line. Could it be from the spark plug itself ( Iโ€™ve checked  the spark plug and itโ€™s dry and black not oily )? Any ideas!!

Stevie,
It is possible that the plug sealing ring is a little weak and letting oil past. Try another plug before worrying too much. If you don't have a spare swap them over and see if the leak moves to the other side. If it doesn't then more investigation will be needed.. I presume the rocker cover gasket is ok...

Good luck

There shouldn't be oil leaking from a spark plug! Shocked

But he said inside of plug is not oily.

Could it be from a cylinder stud?

Possibly from the oil breather pipe at the back of the rocker box?
If so it might indicate a blockage.
