ZR550 Kawasaki tank.  Thought I’d got all fuel out, but obviously didn’t. Mistake was to rest tank upside down on a towel. Dribble of fuel from closed filler cap soaked it so it was basically soaking overnight!
Lesson learned. It’s a bike I bought for spares but really too good to break, so I’ve got it ready for MOT then sell as a cheapy. 😡

The makings of a rat bike then, personally I prefer the original but each to their own OuchOuch                                                                                                                                                                    CHRIS

It’s not too bad actually. A bit better than a Rat but not as good as my tidy one. Mind you, there are some very tasty Rat bikes about.
I just want to get this one legal and roadworthy, then sell it

Yesterday – Ural's first outing since lockdown ...

See how many times the bumpy road sign appears!

Apologies for the wobbly camera view, a new mounting pole idea didn't work, abandoned it and went back to using the MagPro mount during the second video.

Relacing Bantam Wheels part 2 (rear), timelapse, 25 minutes

Had a lot of aggro with the last, see description.

Best bit of wheel building I did was with a cycle wheel, all going well till I ran out of holes in the hub. Turned out the rim had more spoke holes than the hub. (Or was it the other way round?) I was a young teenager at the time.

My recently purchased  little Yamaha YB100.

Believe it or not it's loads of fun and just enough power to stay out of trouble with other faster traffic.LOL

Nice looking bike. I am restoring a 125 Ducati with the idea of having a lighter bike as I get older and am encouraged by your remarks as I have been wondering about using a small bike with today's traffic
