Just by the way, I've just acquired a Nolan flip-front 'cause it was in a sale. Don't anticipate using it in open-face mode tho - unless weather is very hot... time will tell...

I use a full face helmet. I know they are more restricting and remove some of the freedom but for me the possible increase in sliding and low speed impact protection is worth it. I am amazed each time I get a new hat how much they improve. I think the mid priced offering I have now is the best I have had for comfort and visor etc.
