I have a Nevada classic 750ie and need to get the fuel pump out of the tank to replace hose. Have been able to squeeze it about a quarter way out but it just gets stuck at this point.
Any heads up on how to get it the whole way out will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Tin opener? Wink

You just have to wiggle. Often you also need to twist it one way or the other as you pull it out.

At the same time you are required to complement the designer at the top of your voice.LOL

But in Italian, the bike won't understand otherwise.

Have an Italian colleague. So know plenty of apt terms.
Thought about cutting ties but not too sure how it would then go back in. Also tried backing off the two allen bolts but might bend them out of shape!! Away from home but will resume the good fight in a couple of week on my return home.

Cheers again

I remember getting one out of a Cali tank on the side of the road in France. That was quite an experience - no it wasn't my bike I stopped to help someone else. Pipe had come off inside.
