Getting the Sporti ready for the trip to MDL on Friday. Cannot wait, if we have time may pop in to see Ghezzi Brian workshop too.

Will post photos of the trip soon : France, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and Austria ... fingers crossed!

Look more like this when packed.

Image result for overloaded motorcycles

Light is the word. Wallet, a couple of pairs of pants and a toothbrush - have I missed something?

Two pairs of undercrackers equates to eight days touring.

Wear normally, wear back to front, wear normally inside out and then back to front.

This trip is on the bucket list, though I know zero about it other than where and when. Can anyone share some details of what goes on, if you need to register, where to stay etc. please?

Thanks in advance,

Ade

@bexupnorth - are you a member of the MGCGB? If so, you'll find a 'touring' section in the forums, which includes a fair old bit in terms of tips on the Mandello trip:  https://diltondesign.co.uk/phpBB3/viewforum.php?f=24&sid=89c1af712715ea8dacd8db044947f96a

Having said that, plenty of people in here have made the pilgrimage and might be able to offer guidance.
