I ride a 2015 V7 Stone. I was told to look behind the headlight, tucked next to the fuel tank. After a good 20 minutes of looking, I couldn't find it. I decided to check under the seat. Above the battery, there is a little socket it has a white wire with a blue stripe and a Blue wire with a green stripe. The socket itself has 3 tiny holes. This is not the battery Tende, that has one plug and one socket and is zip tied next to the side cover.
Is the plug near the battery, the TomTom plug? Also, does anyone know the BMW part number that uses the same plug? I'd like to use this plug to charge my phone. |

Can't help with the position, but it is a two pin socket. The one you have found might be the diagnostic socket.
From elsewhere, BMW REPAIR PLUG, 2-PIN Part # 83300402344
