I think that's without due care and attention or maybe even careless driving. I believe it includes being distracted by passengers. Heard or read it somewhere. As bad as using a phone or fiddling with the stereo, bottom line is not looking and concentrating.

I have stayed clam through out but today insurance nearly drove me mad . I don't want to say much but data protection makes simple things quite difficult .

i have had a phone call from the main insurer , who have taken control of the situation and it was so much more positive and helpful .
I am hoping i can get out on a motor bike this Friday ,well that is me target . Thanks for all the well wishes but as far as i am concerned this is old news now . Many thanks for the support .Thumbs UpThumbs UpThumbs Up
