I work on and industrial estate and everyone in manufacturing is taught
  • Don't lift heavy weights
  • Do use handling equipment and trolleys
  • Do get help to lift weights if needed
Now, a gym has just moved in the the unit next door to us and at 07:00 this morning two girls walked past me each carrying 2 large kettlebell (google tells me Wink) weights and go for a 200 meter walk with them out of the gym and back

Surely they could be carrying something more useful? LOL

All I'll say is, carrying isn't lifting.

But presumably they had to lift them first. Anyway they were probably special lightweight weights. Wink

I'd guess 10-15Kg each.

One lass on the last 25 meters had to put hers down twice and get her breath back.

I think part of her problem was that I'd parked my car where I usually do in the parking area which just happened to be over the shortest route from A to B for them Evil Smile

Yeah double standards, lifting weights on yer own is bad, unless it's excercise! LOL
