posting an image should be simple. basically you have two choices:

1.  find the image on your PC and copy and paste it into the text box of your post - you might find that the image size is too big in which case go to step 2

2.  post your image on Photobucket or similar, the basic system is free and simple to use.  find the image there and copy the IMG URL it will look something like this  then post it into the text box and update your post.

If your photo file is too big to post, Windows photo viewer has the option to resize it - from file explorer, double click on the photo to open it in photo viewer (assuming that is your default for photos), click on the ... menu (top right) and select "Resize" - "M" / 2MP should be small enough to post here.

Windows Paint can do it too. There you can set as a percentage or X-Y dimensions in pixels.
