Hi folks. I bought my first Moto Guzzi about 6 months ago, a 1994 Cali 1100i. Soon after, I rode it to the Classic IoM TT, for which it was perfect. I have had some issues with it, so will post in a technical thread, once I have found my way around the site.

I am not the Beast of Bodmin Moor, but I have seen itBig smile.  Most people call me Ian, because that is my nameWink.

Cheers. Ian

Hi Keith. You are not far away then! I always get my MoT's done by Tony & Steve at Cam Bike Bits; that is, if the bike makes it that far!

As for long trips, to be able to complete a short one would be nice.... As mentioned earlier, I did ride to the IoM in August, which apart from a split fuel pipe and sloppy gear linkage, was fine. Fuel pipes are changed, gear linkage re-bushed, various other jobs done, I just need to get over the current mis-fire issue now; see my other thread under Technical.

Cheers. Ian
