Hello out there. I picked up a V9 Bobber last year - my first V twin, my 10th bike or so (depending of you count scooters, some don’t!). I am originally from the UK. This is my fourth shaft drive bike, and I have to say my favourite bike of the bunch (although I do hold a soft spot for my very first bike, even though it was also Italian and hated the Yorkshire rain).

Hoping to do some mild mods but also just to enjoy. Great roads and weather here.
Cheers

Anthony

Hi Anthony
Welcome on board. Great choice of steed.
I noticed a pretty cool bike scene in New Zealand when I visited recently. Very few Italian bikes - Mainly Harley’s, I was passed by literally hundreds of them on a mass ride out one day.

I was also impressed by the number of classic cars and custom cars there are about, a testament to the spannering skills of you Kiwis.

Hi Oldrat
Yes, I think Harley is still the number one brand of road bike over 50cc!! But also a huge and healthy dirt bike scene (as there are so many privately run trail rides). Good hot road scene also. In fact all motorsport is super accessible here (except F1). Its just a long way from anywhere....

Larger than the UK, including Northern Ireland, and only 4.5 million population.
