Dave Richardson has put the latest version (9) of Guzziology out on Kindle. You can find it here;
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Guzziology-Dave-Richardson-ebook/dp/B07JLKNP55
and it's only £7.65.

Amazon Kindle use a proprietry file type (.azw) which can only be read on a Kindle.
But you can download a Kindle desktop app which will allow you to read .azw files on a PC.

You can use an open source program called Calibre to convert azw and azw3 files to pdf, text, word, etc etc. I use it to manage my Kindle rather than the amazon built in stuff especially as some of my books are, shall we say, from unauthorised sources.

Yes you can, using a kindle 'app' (program).

Did have one but last computer went tits up and haven't installed it on the new one yet and can't remember what I did.

I downloaded the Kindle for PC program and then bought my copy of Guzziology. This all went well.

However, I wanted to be able to print odd pages out to use in the workshop. Kindle doesn't allow printing or file conversion and the file is DRM protected but, there are ways and means.
