Good day, i have noticed that one side panel is damaged and want to fix it before it gets worse. What is the best way to repair it? thanks el__burro

I've had to do that too. I straightened the prong out and packed the corner with JB Weld up to the level of the panel edge.That way you don't damage the paint with welding/brazing heat.
By the way,how is the charging situation?

Would brazing hold?
I have done that to repair tiny holes in a tank in the past.

..about the charging issue...
Still not managed to do the tests you suggested (been on holidays).
Weather permitting.. next week.

Repaired mine with a bit of weld, linished back and blobbed a bit of similar colour paint on. Already scruffy so not too worried about spoiling appearance, but it's underneath so doesn't show much.

MIG welding is the best way, one tack will hold it and it's less heat than brazing. Having said that, one of mine fell off two years ago and I haven't got around to welding it yet
