Just wondering if there is a more effective way of directing posts to questions and topics that have previously been covered in some depth? The same questions seem to crop up year after year and it would be handy to be able to easily reference those answers and save forum space.

I'm not running out of space. You can have some of my forum space if you are getting short.

This happens on most forums. Very few bother to search for an answer before asking. We do have a search facility which does work, but you have to know what to search for.
