Hi everyone.
I am in the process of swapping out my plastic tank with a metal one. I have all the parts however I cannot figure out how to remove the existing fuel line that goes to the injectors. Just wondering if anyone can give me a step by step of what to remove so I can get the old one out and put in the new longer line?
Any help would be appreciated.

Is this the "quick release" coupling where the fuel line attaches to the pipe out of the tank?

If this is the same plastic quick release as the V11 and 1200 Sport then you must de pressurise the system by unplugging the fuel pump and cranking the engine, then the connector will come apart, push the female bit as if you are pushing it on at the same time push it off with grey collar, hope this makes sense
