Hi, does anyone have any idea if and how i can reset the air temp readout from fahrenheit to centigrade. It was an english bike originally, but with temps close to freezing here id like to be able to know at a glance when it's zero. I've lined in the manuels and searched online but can't find any reference to it.
Cheers, Crapaud

Does the odometer read miles? I think the two are linked.

I can't check mine as she's at the garage at the moment... I think I have km and celsius. It's originally French, I imported it to the UK. I can't remember if I can display °F, and I can't say I've tried. I can check in January when I get it back.

LOLLOLLOLYes thanks, finp, any info is helpful, tho I'm hoping i can change it before then.
I m a little surprised because i thought uk moved to celcius in the seventies?
I know they give temperatures regularly in fahrenheit as an aid for older generations, maybe guzzi think they are only selling to the over sixties in the uk! LOLLOLLOL

Probably more likely for the benefit of the Americans.

In the same way, the fuel consumption figure is either in litres per 100km, or miles per US gallon. No allowance made for the UK market.

So on the basis of it being linked to the odometer, I've tried to find out how to switch from miles to km, but, as you say nab, it looks like a unit change.
Shame but I'll live with it. It's not something I've had on a bike before so I'll just regard it as a nice Italian /american quirky feature

Seems to be part of the fixed software on the small blocks. All changeable on the big block CARC models.
