Thanks. You are lucky to have a missus that rides a Guzzi with you.

Photo of that brings back memories of my youth, and Glencoe weather. Smile Stopped and climbed that mountain on the left once. Buchaille Etive Mor.

I really love the West Coast of Scotland particularly when there on my bike.

My idea of heaven would be to have a lovely property in the South of France and another on West Coast of Scotland.
Ah well, dream onCry.

I keep threatening to tow my old V50 up there (I'll not be doing the ten hour plus ride !).

Wifey and I will be back up that way around the end of March, but on four wheels, we usually stay at Plockton and explore from there.
Best Wishes

This is the day I chose to visit Applecross.

This is right at the top before the descent into applecross.

My bike is the Blue K1200GT. Never fancied the Luxobarge LT that my mate was running at the time.

May, June and September best for West coast(if there is such a thing as best) , most chance of least rain and in good weather it is a beautiful part of the world.  It has been getting battered last several weeks
