do the throttle cables run under the upper frame spine then peel off to each carb?

that's looking good, what make are those handlebars? And what speedo and bracket are you using?

Apart from the fine looking rebuild, that's a damned impressive "Garden Workshop."
I'd be tempted to section off a "Planning Dept." ie, a hammock in the corner.
