Hi everyone
Does anyone know what size pop rivets I would use to put the VIN plate back on the frame. Want to use stainless this time just for bling but no idea what size. Cheers Ian

Don`t know the exact size (less than 1/8") but I had difficulty finding any, fortunately my son in law came to the rescue with a couple he had. They are very small and more importantly short so as not to interfere with the steering stem.
Smallest at Screwfix was 3.2 x 10mm but not sure these are small enough. CHRIS |

Bear in mind most pop rivets are imperial sizes, so 3.2mm is actually 1/8". I have some 3/16 rivets (about 2.3mm).

Thanks Guys
Just found 8mm x 2.4mm normal type so ordered some then up pops stainless steel ones, spooky this eBay thing and they had 2.4mm x 6mm going up in 2mm graduations. So I ordered some 6mm x 2.4mm in stainless. Hope they will be ok Cheers Ian

You will also need a 2.4mm drill bit. Hole size must be accurate otherwise the rivet won't work. |

If you had the existing holes, you should know what size of pop rivet you need.
