Hi Everyone!
Just picked up a grate little stornello in need of a resto. I am in desperate need of an ignition key. Thanks for any help I can get! |

if this is like the later 70's guzzis the key blank is Zadi ...same as Fiat 500 uses MG cycle show a picture of one, Be careful in searches tho' as I believe there is a new model Stornello

This is what you are looking for. With a lathe and a bit of inginuity you should be able to make something from an old screwdriver that would do the job. To get it running, just push a nail of about 4mm diam down the hole, or disconnect the cut out wire that goes from the HT coil under the tank up to the headlight. It should start with that disconnected. It doesn't need a battery to start.
