Hi,

this is my first contribution to this forum.
Many of you know that Magneti Marelli is an italian company, serving mostly the domestic and international automobile industry with electric components. It seems self-evident that Moto Guzzi help themselves by using parts from this large pool.
My spouse rides a V7 classic, and I am the service technician. So, for me, and for owners of Breva750, Nevada750i.e. and V7classic/café equipped with Marelli ECUs (Type 15RC) as well, me and a friend compiled a cross reference list for the sensors used in these bikes. Only the speedo sensor is still missing, but the ignition coil was added. With a little effort in searching the web for second sources in your county, you may find replacement parts for a fraction of the price at a Guzzi dealer.
Example: the TPS for my V7classic (a wearing part) is factory-priced 178€ here in (D). I bought it online from a german auto parts dealer for 32€ (Facet (I), second-source).
You will be sent a download link by the file hoster. Sorry, the pages there are written in german language only, don't be  Confused

cheers  Rudi
presently a modified 1000G5 and a V7classic; (V50PA sold)

Most of these parts fitted to Guzzis are also used by fiat, and are available as Fiat parts for a fraction of the Guzzi price.
