Hi guys, would anyone know the torque settings for the head bolts on a 2013 V7 Stone? I’ve got a film of oil that keeps appearing between the head and barrel on the r/h cylinder and want to try and tighten the bolts down, cheers

This is only my opinion, and some of my mistakes are set in stone, but ...
I sense the possibility of several answers. If you have a torque wrench of known accuracy that's a start. I was taught to test it on the jig on the hangar wall every time I used it. I've no idea who checked the jig on the hangar wall. If you are starting a rebuild with new studs, nicely oiled, and everything clean, a good torque wrench is a handy thing. If you are dealing with an untested wrench and studs which might be oily or dry, then dialling a number and hearing a click is no guarantee of success in my opinion. I'd be interested in finding out how tight they feel, and if they all feel the same. Then maybe just snug them up a fraction more. But that's just me.

Well they are the same design as all small blocks, so I would assume the torque settings are about the same. In my V50 book it says 29ft/lbs. I would use a torque wrench for these, purely to ensure they are all the same. I rarely use a torque wrench for anything else.
