First job.

Does anyone know the specific size of this O ring ? Wee bit of leakage going on. If not I'll pop it out and walk to the O ring shop get something suitable.

I have changed these on my V7Sport and a LeMans so I assume it's the same size for the G5. I think I bought 10 for £2 a few years ago The size was 17mm ID × 22mm OD × 2.5mm thick.

I just bought a big box of assorted O rings from Aldi, got almost every size. Saved me a few times.

Either order one from Gutsibits or as you said get a replacement same size ... while you are at it replace the cone oil seals on the pushrod make sure you fit correctly

Thanks for the sizes. The plumber round the corner has a selection.
Not sure if I can do the cones in situ. If I can I'll do them another time so I will.
My oil at the front end is engine oil so no panic at the moment.

Cheers everyone.

O rings  landed on Monday so they did. Fitted in 10mins. Off to the gym in the lashing rain. Left the G5 on side stand. Still lashing when I came out. Huge rainbow.

Spreading from underneath the bike across the car park.  No pot of gold to be seen.

Had a closer look this afternoon . Split gearbox breather hose where it exits the gearbox.

Cheers
