[/QUOTE] Hi Pete, This is David (Bridgford Biker's other half)... We met up a few times at the Vat & Fiddle. When the Breva has its new starter motor, Let's all get together for a pint (or whatever) Hi David, long time-no see! Yes, I'm up for that Plus any other Notts Guzzi riders who care to venture out into the big wide world! I've been meaning to get in touch but you know how it is; life/work/weather gets in the way... Hope all's well, catch up soon (after we're back from hols), Pete. |

Thanks one and all for your welcoming messages.
After a minor issue with the starter motor - (what is it with electrics and Guzzis!) I finally got to take the Breva out on its maiden voyage. We went on a wonderful 60 mile ride around the Vale of Belvoir, ending up at the A1 Diner near Colsterworth for steak and chips. What a lovely bike! He took all those lanes with ease and graceful beauty!! It may well have been love at first ride . Here's to many more.... |

Actually, it was totally screwed! But after a full rebuild by Whyatt's in Stapleford (who I'd definitely recommend), it was all systems go |

Welcome - I've had my B750 for a year now. Similar to yours but with a few extras. I've got to really like it after 20 years of BMWs.
I'd be interested in a Guzzi meet at Coddington - where and and when is it? I'm in Grantham. |
