Sorry to bore you all this morning, but after posting the first pic I thought I'd try one more to make sure I'd got the hang of it, but the "quick upload" option disappeared Angryso I tried a different way, the result of which you see above.

It's PC ,Windows Home Vista and the browser is Internet Explorer.

I'm on Windows 10 using Firefox so that can't be the problem.

@ Dave yes Google Chrome is the browser, could just be that Chrome can't display those bits. (?)

With Vista, you will also have Internet Explorer available to you. Try it on that to see if it's different.

That looks standard, the colour is the blue A with the black underline on the right.
