Hi all,
I want to put heated grips on my 05 1100 breva but object to paying £200 FOR mg ones, anyone wired in
any other make as I believe the connections are already there under the left front of the tank.
Any tips help appreciated.

Almost any heated grips will fit but you will have to remake the connections, as those provided under the tank only fit the extortionate Guzzi ones. The control Guzzi supply will work fine.

I have the Datatool ones on my V7 Mk2, relally neat fit with the best, neatest switch of any I have seen. Good range of heat settings for " the older" rider, had various sets over the years and these are the best I've experienced.

But with the Breva 1100 you don't need the switch, it's already on the bike. Same with the other new big Guzzis.

Not on my 06 Breva theirs a blank plug where the heated grips switch goes, the furthest right, middle switch ABS, and left Hazard warning, I only have the latter the poverty model,

I've had heated grips on all my bikes for years and commute every day, I've recently bought some Gerbing heated gloves and they are the best thing I've ever used, list price is £160 but I got a good deal at £118, slightly more of a faff to plug in but not enough to put me off,
I won't be buying heated grips again !
So many bikes, so little time !
