Me too. Didn't notice them on my phone but once pointed out, looked worn. Searched and found Maxxis tyres with that pattern New.

Quick update! I took it to the local guy, which kinda feels like an admission of defeat but I needed the bike this weekend. Turns out there was a burr on the anti-rattle clip that was preventing the pads from fully retracting (his description). Couple of minute with a file appears to have done the trick! Went the long way home and although the disc felt hot, the wheel was turning freely. I shall attend the Piazza Italia in Horsham today, which is a couple of hours ride from me and I feel confident that I won't be returning on the back of a truck!

Still makes me ask why you had to alter the push rod length to get some improvement.
Brian.

Yeah, it looks like I have too much slack now, so I shall nip it back up a tad....

Never have guessed that.
