In case they haven't been mentioned -

"Beyond the Coffee Shop" Nick Adams - classic Guzzis in Canada.

"A ride in the sun" Peggy Iris Thomas - across the USA on a Bantam, with a dog, in the early 50's.

Geoff Hill's USA book is good, as is his India one. The Australia trip, not so much: Ride/Eat/Sleep/Mention sponsor...

Lois Price is excellent.

I rather enjoyed - Motorcycle Survivor - Tips and Tales in the unrestored realm.
By Kris Palmer.
Published 2010, 200 pages, hardback.
He's a big fan of patina so immediately we were on the same wavelength.

I've just finished The Long Ride Home by Nathan Millward.

Recommended, buy it, a very enjoyable read.
